Program Participant:
Alpaca owners' with more than 1 year of experience
Desire to strengthen proficiency in 2 to 3 well defined content areas
A 3 day time commitment

Program Description:
Participant/Mentor design a custom program during two 30 minute teleconferences
18 hours of hands on activities over 3 days, 3 lunches and 2 dinners included
All activities are 1 on 1 with mentor
All activities take place on an operating alpaca farm
1 year of free telephone support

Schedule: 3 day program. 9am-12noon activities, 12noon to 1pm lunch (provided) and 1pm-4pm activities, 5pm-7pm dinner (provided).
Program Learning Objectives:
Participant should leave program with an advanced proficiency of performance in well defined content areas of choice. Notebook reinforcing content areas is provided to the participant at the end of the program. One year of free telephone support.
Mentor Bio
Your mentor, Jeff Carleton, has been a full-time alpaca owner and breeder since 1997. He offers advanced experience in all aspects of the alpaca industry. This experience comes with time tested tempering and a foundational belief that no one person or group ever has all the answers. What Jeff does offer is an experienced hand of guidance to develop your own success story using a mentorship strategy. He looks forward to meeting and working with you one on one.
